This gives you the information you need to explore your options—and helps me get a clear understanding of your event, your vision, and what you’re looking for.

After reviewing your brochure and making your selections, I’ll create a personalized proposal that outlines your services in detail. This includes a full breakdown of the investment, plus a contract for review before we move forward with booking.

To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a $500 non-refundable deposit are required. If additional artists are needed, a $150 non-refundable deposit per artist is also required to hold their availability. For special events (non-wedding bookings), the full balance is due at the time of booking. All payments are applied toward your final balance.

If you’re booking your wedding and have selected a bridal preview—or it’s included in your package—we’ll schedule a session to try out your full look in advance. This is our chance to collaborate, make adjustments, and ensure you feel completely confident before the big day arrives.

As your event approaches, I’ll reach out to confirm your schedule, location, final headcount, and any last-minute details. My goal is to make the final stretch feel effortless—so you can relax and look forward to what’s ahead.

Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. I’ll send a friendly reminder when it’s time, keeping everything clear and organized so you can stay focused on enjoying the moment—not managing logistics.
